Katie Myers is a highly accomplished human resources professional currently leading the way at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. With a career spanning more than a decade, Katie has consistently demonstrated a commitment to driving excellence in human resources practices. Her area of expertise includes performance management, generational differences, change management and organizational climate, and DEI. She has a proven track record of driving HR initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and maximizing human capital potential.
